The Pacific Energy FP25 LE sits in the middle of the company’s zero-clearance wood fireplace lineup and is designed for medium-to-large spaces. It is a strong choice for homeowners who want a true built-in fireplace but also expect meaningful everyday heat rather than just ambience. Compared with the smaller FP16, the FP25 steps up to a larger firebox, higher output, and more heating flexibility without moving all the way to the FP30.
Its 2.1-cubic-foot firebox accepts logs up to 18 inches, with 16-inch firewood recommended for everyday use. The FP25 LE uses east-west loading and provides a 165-square-inch viewing area through its contemporary cast-iron door. Pacific Energy’s air wash system helps reduce buildup on the glass, while boost air assists with easier lighting and reloads.
The FP25 LE uses Pacific Energy’s catalytic-free combustion system with Extended Burn Technology (EBT). A floating heavy-gauge steel firebox, 304 stainless-steel baffle components, multi-port combustion-air injection, integrated heat exchanger, and single-lever air control are all part of the standard package. Two 80 CFM temperature-actuated blowers are also included to help move heat out of the built-in fireplace cavity and into the living space.
One of the FP25’s most useful upgrades is the optional Powered Heat Distribution System. Using dedicated ducting, heat can be transferred from the fireplace to other isolated rooms, with each duct independently controlled. That makes the FP25 especially interesting in layouts where the customer wants the appearance of a central wood fireplace but would also like to move some of that heat beyond the immediate room. Surround trim is available in metallic black or stainless steel, and customers wanting a more traditional appearance can instead choose the separate FP25 Arch LE version.
