The 2.2-cubic-foot firebox accepts logs up to 18 inches, with 17-inch firewood recommended, and Pacific Energy rates the stove for spaces up to approximately 2,000 sq. ft., depending on insulation, layout, chimney performance, and climate.

Underneath the modern exterior is Pacific Energy’s catalytic-free combustion system with Extended Burn Technology (EBT). The stove uses a heavy plate-steel top, 304 stainless-steel baffle components, boost air for easier lighting, east-west fuel loading, and a straightforward air-control system. Pacific Energy lists an approximate maximum burn time of 6–10 hours, although real-world results will always depend on wood quality, draft, loading, and heat demand.

The NEO View 2.5 LE can be finished with painted metallic-black steel or available porcelain-enamel front and side panels, giving customers some flexibility without turning the stove into the highly configurable NEO View Modular system.
