The Pacific Energy Summit LE is made for homeowners who need serious, sustained wood heat. It is the largest traditional steel stove in Pacific Energy’s current lineup and is intended for large rooms and homes where a smaller appliance may struggle to maintain comfortable temperatures during colder weather. Proper sizing still matters—a powerful stove is useful when the heating demand is there, but it can be excessive in a small or highly insulated space.
Its 2.5-cubic-foot firebox accepts logs up to 20 inches, with 18-inch firewood recommended for easier loading and more consistent operation. The firebox supports north-south loading, allowing the ends of the logs to face the door. This makes it easier to fill the stove while reducing the chance of firewood shifting or rolling against the glass when the door is opened.
The Summit LE uses Pacific Energy’s catalytic-free secondary-combustion system with Extended Burn Technology. EBT automatically manages secondary combustion air as chimney draft and fire conditions change, helping the large firebox deliver steadier performance through the burn cycle. A stainless-steel baffle, rails and flame shield provide durability, while the floating-firebox design allows internal components to expand and contract without placing unnecessary stress on the stove body.
Customers can select a pedestal base for a clean, functional appearance or decorative legs for a more traditional look. Arched doors and legs are offered in metallic black, nickel and brushed nickel. An optional temperature-activated variable-speed blower can help distribute heat through a larger living area, while the optional ash-disposal system simplifies regular cleanup. For customers choosing between the Super LE and Summit LE, the Summit makes sense when additional firebox capacity and maximum heat output are genuinely needed—bigger is only better when the house can use it.
Putting the warmth in winter, the sizzle in summer, and the pizzazz in patios!.
